We love this product. It's the first light / clock that has ever significantly affected the quality of our sleep and wakefulness. If you need to get up to go to the bathroom, just turn it on for five minutes of relaxing "sunset" light and you'll chill out and go back to sleep. Although we included the more expensive product on these pages, there is no reason to purchase that over this one. The more expensive variety includes a radio and other bells and whistles that most people will never use.
