Healthful exercise offers products we have personally tested. Each of them exercises parts of the body that are important to optimize. Rowers, for example, are great for strengthening and building endurance in the arms, back and legs. We use the Concept 2 rower several times a week.
What really motivated us to create this section was the extraordinary cognitive benefits from using the versaclimber.
